1 Organizer and registration

The conference Zukunft Offshore is organized by the German Association of Wind Farm Operators Offshore e.V. (Bundesverband der Windparkbetreiber Offshore e.V.). (BWO), Schiffbauerdamm 19 in 10117 Berlin. Due to the limited number of participants we kindly ask you to register early via There is no right to participate in case of overbooking. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The closing date for registration is 03rd March 2020. For registrations at a later date, access to the event may no longer be guaranteed.

2 Benefits

The participation fee is per person and event plus statutory VAT. It includes conference documents, food, drinks during breaks and lectures. Payment is due without deduction after receipt of invoice. Any overnight accommodation services and travel expenses are not subject of the event service.

The ticket price includes the evening event on 03.03. (including dinner and drinks) and the day event on 04.03. (including drinks, lunch and get-together at the end).

Participants from authorities, science and politics are exempt from participation fees. The organizer will pay a flat-rate tax of 30 percent for each ticket handed out. We assume that the participants will obtain any necessary approval from their responsible superior to participate in the event free of charge.

4 Payment

You can pay via Paypal, credit card or invoice. Payment must be made immediately and without deduction after receipt of the invoice.

5 Cancellation

The cancellation fee is 25% of the participation fee until 14 days before the event. From the 13th to the 5th day before the event, 50% of the participation fee must be paid. From the 5th day before the event, the full amount must be paid. We are happy to accept the nomination of a replacement participant.

Designation of a replacement participant (change of registration name)

A new registration form for the alternate delegate should NOT be submitted. Name changes will be accepted by e-mail ( until 02 March 2020, stating the old and new names and the required contact details.

6 Cancellation of the event

If the event cannot be held due to force majeure, disruptions at the venue or too few participants, the participants will be informed immediately. A refund of up to 40% of the registration fee can be granted. A claim for reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses as well as loss of working hours is excluded.

7 Data protection

We would like to point out that your details will be stored and processed in our EDP system for further processing, for the purpose of processing the contract and for the implementation of the forum. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

7a Pictures

We would like to point out that by purchasing a participation ticket, you agree that pictures and videos may be taken during the course of the conference for further processing and publication. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact us directly.
